Policies

Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8am - 6pm. If you need to be seen immediately, every effort will be made to accommodate you for an emergency office visit. We ask that you do your best to keep your appointments. There are specific therapeutic reasons why we have set up patients on a specific schedule. Because we take partnership with you and your quest for health seriously, we ask that you contact our office 24-hours in advance to reschedule your appointment, should you be unable to keep it. If you miss an appointment without cancellation notice, our office will contact you to reschedule your original appointment. If you miss a second appointment without notice, you will be charged a missed appointment fee of $35.00. This policy is necessary to guarantee all patients have the opportunity  to be seen on an emergency basis without interfering with other patient's appointments.
